The Beef rub wonderfully complements beef on the grill or in the oven. This was not targeted for a specific cut of the meat. It has been used on brisket, hamburgers, ribs, steaks and even roasts. It is well rounded to enhance the flavor of the beef, not to overpower. There is no heat in this rub.
