The Caribbean Jerk Mild rub can be used on anything you want the flavor on. It has been designed from traditional Jerk seasonings, but with a little smoky under tones to the mix. We created this one not to have the heat as traditional jerk seasonings. This is for those of you that love the traditional jerk flavor without as much heat.
